awaiting grades from courses you are either currently enrolled in or which you indicated you would enroll shortly.
This doesn't sound to me like they don't have your grades; it sounds like they want to know what grades you receive in some key classes that aren't yet on your transcript because you haven't yet completed that coursework. Alternatively, they may want a mid-year report just like a lot of undergrad schools do in order to help inform their admissions decision by seeing what happens this semester. One reason they may want this is if you have an upward trend or some other extenuating circumstance that has resulted in this extra level of evaluation. I'm just speculating, but the wording clearly isn't saying they are missing your transcript or past grades.

That makes sense I guess. Im a non trad and im in the 2nd year of my MPH program so I guess maybe they want an update on that? My primary app has the classes im enrolled in currently, so idk what else they could want from me lol.

I will email tomorrow and see what they say.

thanks buddy

To me it reads as they want to see your end-of-semester grades after this semester in your MPH program to better determine your trend/academic capabilities. Similar to how some schools like updates after you've applied with your winter grades

For anyone who had an afternoon interview, how long does it take? It says to log in at 10:30 am but what time should I expect it to end?

Yes, that makes sense, thank you.

Anybody who interviewed the weeks of September 6th or 13th not get placed on hold for an W or an A? Assuming it’s an R based on previous threads. Seems you either get that in 7 -10 days or you get silence rest of cycle 🙁

Complete late july/early august and I believe I have been on "sub-committee" since I was complete. I don't recall being on "committee" ever. In past threads, I have seen some people report committee-> subcommittee. Not sure if this means something

Are you sure? I thought they tell you you've been rejected if you scored below the threshold. Let's just wait and not jump to some quick conclusions

I didn’t see any post II Rs in prev threads. Some people seemed to stay blank and get their “withdraw app” button removed and then get a hard r at the end. Seems like a good amount get accepted/hold message seven days after

Sat on subcommittee review for a month, changed to admissions committee yesterday, then went to "Your File Review is now complete. If you are granted an interview, you will receive a status update on your applicant portal." today (with an email notification).

Could be the case, although it could also be due to the timing of their interview. There's too much unknowns and its just stressful to try to guess at the outcome

I’m taking it as an R. Interviewed week of 13th and people after have received holds for acceptances

Wonder how badly I screwed up the interview. Thought I did well

I also interviewed week of the 13th - they did say they were delayed a week with reviews given how labor day had pushed things back. I wouldn't overly angst about it and I say that as someone who put VCU as top of the list in terms of where i'd like to go.

Everyone needs to stop reading into not receiving the hold for A/WL. Some weeks they may have a conflict or something.

Did you guys get an email confirming your interview? If so - how long after selecting a date was it?

My portal updated once I scheduled my interview. There will just be an extra line at the top indicating your interview date. The following day, you will get an e-mail notification and your portal will have all the interview instructions. Good luck!

i submitted within a couple days of the secondary being released, and i got file review complete yesterday! it still said "a member of the committee" the last time I checked, maybe 2 weeks ago?

I've been on "sub-committee" for about a month now. I was complete on July 11th. No trouble getting a secondary.

I’ve been on member of committee for two months now. Just give me the R lol. The uncertainty is killing me.
Sorry to hear that. So they definitely give post secondary pre-II rejections. When did you complete?

I haven’t been rejected yet but it feels like it lol. I’ve been on member of committee since 8/2

Oops. I misread. My eyes have been quite sore from too much on the Internet. I wouldn’t be worried.

I've been on the sub-committee now for approximately 2 months. Anyone else in the same boat?

The last interviews will be sent out at the end of feb/ first week of March!! It’s October 2nd lol

Any new II’s for out of state ORM applicants? I’m still stuck in sub-committee and haven’t moved for over a month.

Complete 07/09... Moved to sub-committee on 10/05

better late than never
