Deferral isn't the same thing as a waitlist, they defer your result to a future ADCOM meeting

Trying to prep my "why Drexel answer" but I really don't understand the clinical training... does Drexel have clinical training in Philly or only outside the city? Wish they still had Hahnemann !

The only training sites in Philly or surrounding Philly are for a few sites for rotating students or people at Crozer hospital (40 students, half hour drive out of the city) per year. Everywhere else is a year long site in other areas of PA, DE, NC, and CA and you go through the lottery for placement. You're only guaranteed to stay in one place all four years if you are a Reading student.

I interviewed mid Decemberish and am hovering around the 12 week mark without hearing anything. If you do end up emailing I would love to know what they say!
