I think they come out between 6-8 PM PST most of the time. It’s almost always after I’ve left work lol

Not sure how they do reviews, but as a data point: regular MD track with no R, no II with a 7/27 submission date. My guess is either I'm on hold within their internal system, or they have some way of sorting apps for review that doesn't go linearly by submission date and mine hasn't been fully reviewed yet

Every data point helps! I agree and think the reviews might not be linear as well. I’m just seeing stellar applicants drop like flies so I’m either staying delulu and holding out hope with a few others or can’t help but to think an R might be coming given my humble app lol

I don’t think it means you won’t get one. UCSF is notoriously slow in sending out secondaries. Some people I know didn’t get a secondary last cycle until after they already had acceptances to other schools! So pretty late in the cycle. I wouldn’t give up just yet!

Monday, Dec 5th was the last day on CycleTrack and the SDN thread from last year -- pretty much the end of November🙄.

But if you want to be precise, if we don't get a secondary by Monday, Dec 4th this year, that's a rejection.

The text i got from my friend last year about their UCSF secondary was 12/16, and I know they were not using reddit/sdn/cycle track. But then again every year is different so we won't know until we know!
