Huge W congrats future doc!!! Would you mind sharing stats if you are comfortable? I haven't received any II or any other notification since submitting my app here lol idk if it is basically over for me at this point.

I did! I went to the open house this summer so I’m not going to go again, but I’d recommend it. It was nice to get a facility tour and hear from some of the faculty. My acceptance was conditional, but all my stuff is done (physical, security, etc). It said in the acceptance that our packages will now be reviewed for unconditional acceptance eligibility.Congratulations to all admits! Did any of you receive a post-interview invitation to visit campus in person with a guest? If yes, do you guys intend to go/did you already do it? Also, did you guys get conditional or unconditional acceptances? Thank you in advance for any answer anyone would be willing to provide.

I also interviewed 9/25 and haven't heard anything. Glad I'm not the only one haha. Hoping the A will come in a week or two!Anyone hear back that interviewed the week of 09/25? feeling discouraged lol
Fellow 9/25 interviewee here. From the thread, it appears that only the 9/11 interviewees received a response today. I know it is nerve-racking and easier said than done, but we need to take some deep breaths and sit tight, our decision is coming. congratulations to everyone who got an A today!Anyone hear back that interviewed the week of 09/25? feeling discouraged lol
A friend received an invite last week for the week of November 13. They have slots available through January so I suspect they'll continue sending invites for quite a while stillif I have not received an interview yet— was I passed up on
On this note- if your physician that examined you didn’t say “you’ll need a waiver for x”, does that mean you’ll probably be fine. My physician didn’t seem to know much about the whole process which makes me feel like I wasn’t given a complete exam (hoping that means I won’t run into too many problems with waivers)You can get a conditional acceptance before you get a waiver.
The physician just does the exam. It’s reviewed by DoDMERB who decides if you need a waiver. The doc who did the physical doesn’t need to know anything about waiversOn this note- if your physician that examined you didn’t say “you’ll need a waiver for x”, does that mean you’ll probably be fine. And it’s guaranteed to be more enjoyable than other physicals later in your career (at least for the Army…).The physician just does the exam. It’s reviewed by DoDMERB who decides if you need a waiver. The doc who did the physical doesn’t need to know anything about waivers
Definitely wait until Thursday, I emailed on a Wednesday evening and got a snippy email back telling me to ask again on ThursdayDid my first interview this morning but haven't heard from my second interviewer yet—should I wait until tomorrow (thursday) to reach out to the office of adm or should I do it now?
Thanks so much!Definitely wait until Thursday, I emailed on a Wednesday evening and got a snippy email back telling me to ask again on Thursday
I only received an email, the email had a copy of my acceptance letter attached and further instructionsFor those accepted...Did you only receive a call? I was called and told I would receive an email with the conditions of my acceptance. I did receive an email, but it was more informal from my caller stating how they were delighted to inform me of my acceptance. Should I expect another email or mail with an official letter of acceptance or anything like that?
I chose Air ForceLike Spook, I received an email notification. What was your branch of choice? That might make a difference, but I doubt it.
Makes sense. You guys are classier than us Army folk….I chose Air Force
I got a call that said the letter will come in the mail.I think I will reach out to admission tomorrow. I'd love to have the official letter so I know it's real!
I was also Air ForceI got a call that said the letter will come in the mail.
LMAO...I do prefer my chocolate milk shaken, not stirred.Makes sense. You guys are classier than us Army folk….
Oh, awesome to know! Thank you!!!I was also Air Force
If you’ve never had the pleasure of drinking ambient temperature ultra pasteurized almost expired milk (NSN: 8910-01-474-2621) from a jimmy dean that was brought to your hastily dug fighting position as an unexpected breakfast at 0800 in heat cat 5 towards the end of a week long field problem….you haven’t had real milk. I’ve seen the Air Force milk dispensers at the Died. You guys have the precious chockie cooled and on tap at the Independence DFAC.LMAO...I do prefer my chocolate milk shaken, not stirred.
I’ll be there. I’ll shoot you a DM with my cell.Is anyone going to the post-interview visit next week? I'm not from the area and I think it'd be fun to go out with some of y'all 🙂
+1 interview week 09/18 no prior service (Navy)Just got the conditional acceptance. Interviewed week of 9/18, no prior service. Go army
Not that I’m aware of.Is there an accepted students group me?
Active AF here - received A this morning. I know a few other enlisted Army, AF, and Navy who received As.Has anyone who is currently in the service received an A? Wondering if the process takes longer for those in service because of the additional paper work and LOAs we need to submit?
Active Army with an A. It's not that the process takes longer (don't think of it as being linear but instead multi tracked), its more that there are just more forms to fill out. On the plus side, if you have a clearnance the reporting burden goes way down because you can have your security manager send varification to the USU security manager. Everything else, like your conditional relaese, is stuff that you shouldn't wait to work on. Get that memo now and submit it when you can. Once you get the A (conditional), it's about turning it into an full A (conditions met). Best of luck.Has anyone who is currently in the service received an A? CycleTrack makes it look like there is a Friday trend, but I got mine on a Monday…Is there a certain day they give out IIs or do they do it throughout the week?
Army milk and poptarts... smh.. back in my day we only had jalapeno cheese sauce packetsIf you’ve never had the pleasure of drinking ambient temperature ultra pasteurized almost expired milk (NSN: 8910-01-474-2621) from a jimmy dean that was brought to your hastily dug fighting position as an unexpected breakfast at 0800 in heat cat 5 towards the end of a week long field problem….you haven’t had real milk. Now, if you have had that pleasure (even in the AirForce) then we’re going to be quick non-trad friends.
