Also wondering this. Haven't heard anything. Complete 8/6

Congratulations to all admits! Did any of you receive a post-interview invitation to visit campus in person with a guest? If yes, do you guys intend to go/did you already do it? Also, did you guys get conditional or unconditional acceptances? Thank you in advance for any answer anyone would be willing to provide.

I did! I went to the open house this summer so I’m not going to go again, but I’d recommend it. It was nice to get a facility tour and hear from some of the faculty. My acceptance was conditional, but all my stuff is done (physical, security, etc). It said in the acceptance that our packages will now be reviewed for unconditional acceptance eligibility.

Anyone hear back that interviewed the week of 09/25? feeling discouraged lol
Fellow 9/25 interviewee here. From the thread, it appears that only the 9/11 interviewees received a response today. I know it is nerve-racking and easier said than done, but we need to take some deep breaths and sit tight, our decision is coming. congratulations to everyone who got an A today!

if I have not received an interview yet— was I passed up on
A friend received an invite last week for the week of November 13. They have slots available through January so I suspect they'll continue sending invites for quite a while still

Has anyone else received an email about requesting a medical waiver? Will USUHS conditionally accept before a waiver is obtained?

You can get a conditional acceptance before you get a waiver.
On this note- if your physician that examined you didn’t say “you’ll need a waiver for x”, does that mean you’ll probably be fine. My physician didn’t seem to know much about the whole process which makes me feel like I wasn’t given a complete exam (hoping that means I won’t run into too many problems with waivers)

The physician just does the exam. It’s reviewed by DoDMERB who decides if you need a waiver. The doc who did the physical doesn’t need to know anything about waivers

Did my first interview this morning but haven't heard from my second interviewer yet—should I wait until tomorrow (thursday) to reach out to the office of adm or should I do it now?

Definitely wait until Thursday, I emailed on a Wednesday evening and got a snippy email back telling me to ask again on Thursday

For those accepted...Did you only receive a call? I was called and told I would receive an email with the conditions of my acceptance. I did receive an email, but it was more informal from my caller stating how they were delighted to inform me of my acceptance. Should I expect another email or mail with an official letter of acceptance or anything like that?

I only received an email, the email had a copy of my acceptance letter attached and further instructions

Like Spook, I received an email notification. What was your branch of choice? That might make a difference, but I doubt it.

I think I will reach out to admission tomorrow. I'd love to have the official letter so I know it's real!

LMAO...I do prefer my chocolate milk shaken, not stirred.
If you’ve never had the pleasure of drinking ambient temperature ultra pasteurized almost expired milk (NSN: 8910-01-474-2621) from a jimmy dean that was brought to your hastily dug fighting position as an unexpected breakfast at 0800 in heat cat 5 towards the end of a week long field problem….you haven’t had real milk. I’ve seen the Air Force milk dispensers at the Died. You guys have the precious chockie cooled and on tap at the Independence DFAC.

Now, if you have had that pleasure (even in the AirForce) then we’re going to be quick non-trad friends.

I got an email with my A and then a call the next day welcoming me to the school!! (Army btw)

Also, congrats to all those who were recently accepted! And for those of you still waiting for an update or for an interview, best of luck!

Has anyone who is currently in the service received an A? Wondering if the process takes longer for those in service because of the additional paper work and LOAs we need to submit?

Active AF here - received A this morning. I know a few other enlisted Army, AF, and Navy who received As.

Active Army with an A. It's not that the process takes longer (don't think of it as being linear but instead multi tracked), its more that there are just more forms to fill out. On the plus side, if you have a clearnance the reporting burden goes way down because you can have your security manager send varification to the USU security manager. Everything else, like your conditional relaese, is stuff that you shouldn't wait to work on. Get that memo now and submit it when you can. Once you get the A (conditional), it's about turning it into an full A (conditions met). Best of luck.

Is there a certain day they give out IIs or do they do it throughout the week?
