I saw one question about if classes prepare you well for Step 1. I'd say yes and even more so for y'all. Ever since COVID, CMS has changed a lot of their leadership, and I think for the good. They've totally re-adjusted their Multisystems block to basically be a strong Step 1 prep class. And other resources as well.
I definitely feel supported well at RFU. Those who take initiative and hit the ground running do very good here; those who are passive, barely pass their exams consistently, or expect admin to hand them stuff on a silver platter do not do as well. I highly recommend researching the clinical sites throughout Chicagoland when M3 year comes by. If you strategize well for the clinical lottery, you can have a great experience while those who do not research the hospitals and geography of Chicago struggle a bit.
