I have been lucky to get into a DO school, but would love to attend a UC since I'm in socal. Do you all know how late UCI gives out interviews?

How long are the faculty and student interviews?? I couldn't find any information about the interview day structure other than the fact that we just need to keep the whole day open and check in starts around 8...

Interview day starts with an informational session about the school and a virtual tour. Both interviews lasted about 30-45 minutes for me and were open-file.

The UCI SDN forum from last year's cycle shows some late interviews --> late As! One of the physicians I have worked with has also said that he didn't receive interviews until around this time and ultimately received an A to UCSF back in his day

i will be doing everything in my power to try to go to that second look weekend. i remember thinking that i was doomed for the virtual one if accepted because estimated turnaround was supposed to be 6-8wks; now that i've heard back with a few weeks left before that last in-person date i will absolutely be trying my best to be there!

I interviewed on 2/19 and received a rejection email on 3/2. Not sure if that is an indicator of how fast they are making decisions or how much they hated my application lol

Def not! I have friends who are M1s at UCI, a lot of them got in April/May/summer. They just have a very long cycle.

I think we missed it. I interviewed early February and they said that they'd try to get decisions out early so that students could make it (as it took place at the end of March) but I'm yet to hear anything.
