When did you apply in the primary cycle? Also, what are your stats, if you don't mind sharing?

Does UCI screen primary apps? In other words they choose who to give secondaries to, similar to UCSF?

I am MD only, have not received anything yet.

For question #3, if you have not experienced those things, do you put "N/A"?

Day 5 begging for the UCI gods to awaken

+1 IS, regular MD secondary (finally!)
what are you putting for the please describe box for the "have demonstrated the potential to work with under-resourced communities" - I have no idea if they want a short answer or a long one as there is no character count here.

Hi! When did you submit your primary and if you don't mind sharing, what's your LM? 🙂

3. Have you ever had difficulty accessing quality education or healthcare? If so, please describe how this impacted you and others in your community. (1500 characters)
Is this optional? Very similar to last year's prompt, but it was explicitly indicated optional. Wondering if this one is explicitly stated optional too.

IS still waiting on here and UCSF. Submitted AAMC 6/8 and verified on 7/17, got UCLA on 7/18 and UCSD on 7/23. 3.6 + 518

Very similar to my experience so far with them both.

Did anyone decide how they are going to approach this question? In terms of word/character count?
