I believe, taking the discards and flips into account, there's a 16.6% chance of any individual player who discarded a scum role getting two scum roles. This would technically also apply to anyone who discarded a town role as well.

Notably there's also a 92% chance that at least 1 person would have gotten 2 scum roles outside of their discard. 70% chance of this happening to 2 people, 42% chance of it happening to 3 people, 20% chance of it happening to 4 people and a 7% chance that it happened to 5 people.

because it’s a multifaction game, so they want to break the village blocc and disrupt village consensus as much as possible to prevent village from winning? that’s why they conveniently hop onto contradictory reasons ranging from my waffling to focusing only on one player to waffling but not in the way they want me to waffle to just hanging in there but not really notable etc

You're the one deciding I have similar reasoning to Spurs. Like by your logic, 6/17 players are suspicious due to their handling of you, specifically. That is over 1/3rd of the roster.

So your towncore right now is beans, me, samac, and PSV. Of those, I feel like only PSV is really consensus right now - with other consensus being fruit, alissa, and Clem (varying extents on those last 2). How do you feel about them?

I'm ngl, my not keeping as detailed of a spreadsheet this game compared to when I used to play is making this a lot harder than I used to find it, but I *think* at the time that you posted that list, I wasn't yet town reading samac the way I am now, so I think the only reads we were truly agreeing on were fruit, Clem, and kitz, which were fairly consensus reads.

it’s not about being suspected, it’s the reasoning behind it

i don’t know why you keep ignoring the reasoning

scum doesn’t want village to win, mafia and wolves and other antivillage factions hate each other but they want village gone

all you need to do is just look at how spurs handled me and draw comparisons made by others

Just as a note I will NOT be around for day close (I am going to see The WIz!!!). I also have been busy with clinicals today so I am not SUPER caught up so I unfortunately don't have a ton of insight on the night kills yet, especially since I thought that spurs was leaning village in his efforts. Though, I have not played with scum!spurs prior to this game and several here were picking up similarities between this game and the last game where he was also scum.

I will be back with more thoughts later this afternoon/evening and I am just hoping thread doesn't go completely off the rails. Zenge's post about PSV was certainly very interesting. I had PSV as soft village yesterday, but I can reason my way through with zenge's thoughts.

Current POE looks something like: fruit (still hasn't answered my post with vote explanations AFAIK), barks (something isn't quite right here), rae (need to re-read in light of spurs flip), PSV (need to re-read and ISO), Dubz (maybe)

Okay this tells me absolutely nothing though. All of your votes, no matter the time of day, do not have any reasoning as to why you’re switching. I’m basically asking you to have all of your votes in a multi-quote spoiler and explain each one and whether they were random or if there was reasoning and what that reasoning is. I know that’s kind of a big ask but I need it to get you sorted out of my POE. Because currently I have no idea how to read you and your voting pattern doesn’t feel village aligned to me

Genuinely I think that anyone who can't keep up with the firehose of this game is going to struggle to be able to give you in depth reads or explanations.

Granted I'm known to not fact check myself before saying **** anyway 😅 but absolutely no way can I do a useful search of 61 pages, even if I'm not in finals. I imagine others are feeling the same

Yeah im trying to read when i can at work and idk how people are able to both write and search and come up with such in depth theories lol. Im not trying to be difficult but im also trying not to spend all my time in here searching through posts to come up with reasonings when there are other more pertinent uses of my time

early in the day, the votes are random so i don’t give much or any reasoning

suspicions arose with beans and barky that i provided with separate posts, so i voted there

i didn’t feel good about CG and voted for her, supported expanding her wagon etc

zenge i was reluctant to vote but understood suspicions there so after PSV went there, i jumped on to see what would happen before switching back

spurs i thought i was getting misdirected by and switched over to see what would happen if a competing wagon arose as an alternative to zenges and CG who were leading

raes made a weird post that raised concerns among shorty, samac, and others, that i followed up with the vote, in the meantime zenge expressed hesitance to vote CG but reluctantly voted there to self prez

CG however voted WZ in offwagon vote but then didn’t self prez so i had no idea about her activity, yet the offwagon vote bothered me so i went back to her

all these reasons were provided in separate posts

looking at the vote changes alone will be confusing because i don’t add reasons in the posts where i changed my votes

but i did provide reasons why in separate posts, unless it’s early in day when i vote randomly
