Third quartile means you were in the 50th-74th percentile which means you performed “better” than 50-74% of testers. To look at what performance they are basing your score off of, I recommend looking at the Casper website or med school insiders. I don’t know what any school really considers a “good” Casper score, though. Sometimes I wonder if it’s not so much as scoring “good” or “bad” but more like a spectrum of social skills and reasoning? Just a thought of mine. The whole Casper system remains largely a mystery. 😅

I am just about finishing season 4 of ozark!! So far it’s soo good!! Also would recommend queen of the south on Netflix 🙂 it has a similar intensity.

Same, I saw that last year they sent them out during the first week of June so I was resting easy that we wouldn't hear back till mid to late next week at the earliest. I just checked my portal and everything is the same as it was right before my interview, still has my interview info and all.

My portal looks the same as well. Now I’m starting to get tense lol
 
What was the first wave of interviews? Is may 4 considered first wave or second wave of interviews
 
Congrats to those who have received acceptances and will be matriculating! We (your TAs) look forward to meeting everyone. This is an appropriate reminder for those who are waiting (I had to wait a very long time and was soo anxious), please look into your spam, social, and promotions folders. Especially if you are checking a desktop or laptop! Everyone else, please hang in there! ALOT of people received acceptances in the second batch, were waitlisted and taken off, and received acceptances. So, tap into hope and faith rn. For those who have received A's, now would be a great time to take as much downtown, vacation, and reflection on all the hard work you've put into this past yr and beyond to get into Drexel Univ. Start your self-care practices while waiting 🙂 In due time, Drexel will be able to answer all your questions about housing, orientation, and school supplies down the road. None of that is urgent at this moment. So rejoice and celebrate!

First wave of interviews were April and second wave was May. I was refering to interviews not the batches for acceptances sorry! I have no clue when those are planned to go out and how many days they last 🙁

True, but not everyone will be on SDN and not everyone on it will post probably. But I went digging again and the second wave was released on June 13th last year. So a 2 week gap between the first round of decisions and the second. That means that for us, the second round may come around the second week of June. Just my prediction because I have nothing better to do. I don't wanna wait another 2 weeks though 😢

I am absolutely over the moon to announce that I got the A today!!! This is surreal, and the wait has been worth it. For those still waiting, hang on! I hope for the best for all of you.

I interviewed 4/18, and my acceptance came today at 11:20am PST (busy day and JUST got to my emails, go figure).

Can’t wait to start and meet everyone!

yeah! I was going to say this earlier - this supports my theory hahaha. I think they only sent out April interview A's so far. At this rate, who knows when this "second wave" will be or even if it will come as late in June as we think.. 🤔 crossing my fingers for everyone
 
Congrats to everyone who got their A's! I'm curious as to when ya'll took your casper tests as that could have some bearing on whether you are first round of acceptances or not.
 
Are there any current DPMS students on this thread that may have some info about decisions/timeline? Previous years threads had a lot of current students providing info, but since they've already graduated, idk if I wanna bother them about it lol
