Looking for housing in Kirksville??
I am in search of a non-smoking person with neat and respectful living habits and no pets to share a 2 bedroom duplex.
The house is a split level ranch with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, dining area, living room upstairs, and a garage (1car) and lots of storage downstairs, yard and small deck in back. No washer/dryer, but I am pretty sure there are hook-ups if you have washer/dryer to bring (and that would be WONDERFUL!!)It is located 3.5 miles from KCOM at the north edge of town in a resdential neighborhood.
I wish to split the $500/month rent plus cost for electric heat. Lease begins august 4 (friday).
Its a nice place, bright, clean, small but spacious.
I am a 23 year old woman, mature, neat, social but quiet, KCOM class of 2004. I have some furniture to bring.
