MCG Harrison scholar

I have a question about medical school of ga Harrison scholar.
It says online that Harrison scholar is given to ppl who have min. GPA 3.5 n Mcat score of 35. Is it given to all student who meet the minimum or does school pick who to give. Also do you need to apply for this? Also my gpa is below 3.5 but by the time I graduate in summer I'll have 3.5. Will I have a chance to receive Harrison scholar if I was accepted to MCG.

Only a select number of students with 35+ and 3.5 will get the scholarship. It's not automatic if you have the stats.
