New Medical School in SoCal by 2020?

Long-time lurker, I was wondering about this question.

I heard that there's a new private medical school opening in Laguna Niguel, CA starting in 2020 from some members of the adcom from my school (top25 public). I googled it but nothing came up, but that'd be really cool because I'm from around that area! Anyone else know anything about this?
