Not that many this year, UDM and OHSU (1st round) off the top of my head. Interviews are mostly done by the way. If you’re asking for next cycle, we won’t know but I suspect even fewer schools will do virtual.which schools are doing zoom interview ?
Including UCLA?Pretty certain that the UCs made offer by now. Sigh.
I believe soIncluding UCLA?
UCLA sent out official offers early this morning.Including UCLA?
Coda or non-coda?UCLA sent out official offers early this morning.
VCU spots are filled. Can someone confirm if Boston, UCLA, VCU, west virginia, USC usually send rejection letter?
Do you know if they usually send rejection email to the ones they interviewed or not?VCU spots are filled.
Should be a phone call.Do you know if they usually send rejection email to the ones they interviewed or not?
USC is still interviewing I think, I got a last minute invite for a virtual interview today (declined it).Anyone know if USC has sent out offers yet?
Should be a phone call.
Opposite end of the spectrum, I got a rejection email from Albert Einstein even though I was never invited to interview (I assume it went out to all 200+ applicants that they had). Funny how some program can manage to communicate with ALL their applicants and some ghost the few candidates that they do interview. Some programs (UCLA) ghost. Never heard from them again after my interview last year

But isn't an alternate list means that they don't actually want this applicant? and most probably will not be aceepted?Again, may have been put on an alternate list ... but a phone call telling me I’m on an alternate list would have been nice

It's still not easy, this is my second time applying and no luck 😆Everyone who accepted a position should just drop and reapply next year- I hear it’s a lot easier the second time around 🙃

What ghosted means?Have you contacted the PD after being ghosted?
They stop communicating with you and disappear (like a ghost). Usually used in context of dating but ehhh… this application process is kinda like dating lolWhat ghosted means?
