I just got Rowan secondary. Guess folks are working in the 4th!

Edit: it's a physical secondary that you must print and mail to the school.

Here are the essay prompts:

1. Explain the process by which you decided that osteopathic medicine was right for you?

2. How does the osteopathic profession fit into your professional goals and values?

Just do one page. I did and got an interview pretty quickly. About two week turnaround time. It'll be easier on both ends 😉

Not saying to not apply. Just saying it would only help you. If it's a school you really want to see if you have a shot at, then just go for it. Only they decide what will happen.

They use regular mail a lot so just go with that. Don't wanna have your secondary lost in a pile of faxes ya know?

Yes, they are giving you their phone number and fax number with the address. Any professional organization will always include phone/fax number under their address, but this in no way implies that you are to fax your app to them. It clearly states to mail your application.

You're way more than fine on time. Just make sure it's the best essay it can possibly be without rushing it.

So in the secondary it says that they want a minimum of 2 letters of recommendation. What if we have a committee letter that's composed of several letters from faculty at the school? Does that count as 2+?

Also is anyone doing the supplemental essay?

Wait until you get the invite. I think they send them out in batches.. you don't want to come off as a troll

This is the first year that they've asked applicants to wait. I'm under the impression that they are expecting record numbers again, so doing batches may actually help them.
