So the day I joined the game mid afternoon and didn't know what was going on and only read day 1, it looks sketchy that I didn't pick out the wolf and half followed other peoples finger points to the most likely candidates? And then pointed to my reasoning for going one way or another based on my limited knowledge so you could understand my reference point? That was wolfy?

If the tracking gives a notification (which it did for DVMD, unless she was lying, but Genny never refuted it), the wolves already know what it is because she tracked BBC.
And, my point was if she did track a wolf doing nothing, they already know which wolf she tracked if it consistently gives a notification

OK, great, you answered my question about asking about the notification.

Genny tracking BBC led directly to her being fingered and her death, we're certain genny was leading that charge?

I'm starting to tinfoil hat how genny could be wolf at this point despite all this. The answer to the above question might get it off.

The fact that genny didn't refute DVMD... not sure what that means

DVMD was, I think, the only one who mentioned getting a tracking notification (said she was tailed early on), and genny hasn't said that she didn't track DVMD that night, so the notification seems valid.

But I'm not even feeling alpha. She's probably some unkillable neutral or something. Must be how they convinced her to play 😛

Update: I thought about this, don't really want to elaborate just yet beyond saying I still don't think Cray was rezzed wolf.

idk, I feel like that would have been a lot of effort early game for someone who is just kinda hanging out like a glorified NPC.

If anyone could find out about role names, I'd kinda like to know Cray's rezzed role name. To reiterate, not because I think she's sketch. I just have some preliminary tinfoily tingles and would be curious to know if the theory is supported or not before I go full-on nutjob.

According to the thermostat, it got to over 83° in there. I did get a little nap because of it though, before the 2 hour drive home.

I can't tell with you sometimes whether you're just kind of shooting the ****, or if you're trying to use IRL excuses for sketchy activity. This set my feels off a bit

Basically, I don't think this tells us a whole lot about who is a wolf by examining what can likely be chalked up to basic wolf strategy.

Not sure why it seems so strange when it's easily explained.

Because it's not basic wolf strategy, or easily explained. It's incredibly dangerous to leave village power roles alive and there would be virtually no reason to do that if there are no protection mechanisms remaining. The risks appear to vastly outweigh the gains in this scenario, which is what makes it so weird.
genny is also quite a good tracker (exhibit a: earlier this game), which makes it even more dangerous imo

The wolves would already know the tracking message -- DVMD posted it AND genny tracked a wolf.

It ends with the sandbag getting smashed off the stage the returning to the same spot each round. So given the write-up for the last lynch about everyone piling FB damage on then her returning unharmed would fit the sandbag role. The only thing I don't think really fits is the trail of food part, idk what that is. It's enough in the write-up that It satisfies my previous tunneling of her and I'm willing to vote somewhere else. Not sure where though since I think we may be convert hunting unless this actually was a faction game (2 factions of 3?).

I wanted to explain why I was only on in the early and late and why I was a bit annoyed. It tends to come across a bit in my posts.

I knew as I posted it that this would be a problem for someone, but I didn't feel like copying and pasting over in the Rant thread. :shrug:

I know that is why I debated mentioning that I had been on the road for 12 hours on Tuesday, because someone would see it as an excuse rather than me just explaining why the quick reads and tired sounding posts.

yes I agree that your interpretation of the events surrounding the PBC v.s. JBoo lynch is possible, but I also feel like my interpretation is possible. If you're not a wolf then I'm switching to convert hunting mode, but not until I have an answer on you one way or the other.

wolves want to lead village to 3rd parties if they truly suspect them
can also give the village cred
also distraction

so win win win
