Anyone else get the Decision Made status post interview like that guy up there said? I havent had any change yet.

Mine changed to Decision made about 3 weeks after my interview. I hope I'm getting a call this week!

Ya, the interview invitation disappears. You have to click on your Fall 2010 application where it shows you all that information. It's nested in with that stuff.

Darn, I interviewed on Sept 15th and still they havent made any decision on my file I guess.... Thats not a good sign...

I think it's meaningless. For all we know, the ones that have "decision made" have been rejected.

Hmmm that is interesting, now I am even more lost. When I click on Processed application, I dont even see a application status anywhere. All I have is Application Summary and nothing in there about decision.

I don't think they're calling everyone today. So far they haven't called a single SDNer.

I'm considering calling admissions and saying, "hey, I got a call from this number earlier today do you have any idea what it was about?" Maybe I can trick them into telling me whether I've been rejected/accepted/waitlisted.

I'm one of those people. A quick decision isn't necessarily a good thing 🙁 It could just mean they knew I wasn't right for the spot.

At least one of you had an interview after me so I'm really unhappy I didn't get a call 🙁

Especially since my status says "decision made". Did everyone who got an acceptance have a status of decision made?

I got the call earlier, too! This has been my favorite school so far. I'm so pumped right now.

So regardless of what kind of letter I get in the mail (or phone call I get) I'll be complaining to Upstate about the way they deal with this. It's unnecessarily stressful. I have other interviews I could cancel if I get in there, instead I have to assume I'm rejected.

There was one person in the cycle last year that had eight weeks before he had a "decision made" and he got an acceptance.

Similarly, there were people who didn't get a phone call until 2 weeks after their status changed (later in the cycle).

Yeah, I'm pretty much obsessing about this whole thing. I really want to get into Upstate.

There was at least one person last year that had to wait 8 weeks before his status page changed and he was accepted. I wouldn't worry too much about it.

However, I think I have to worry because my status page changed and I haven't gotten a phone call yet 🙁

Unfortunately, they told us that the list hasnt moved in a few years. Meaning that waitlist is a death sentence here. But there may be some hope.

I remember the lady saying that the regular waitlist hasn't moved in years but that the high priority waitlist does move.

I think it's like 90%. Last year some people on the high priority waitlist were accepted by December. So I'd say it's almost as good as getting accepted, but not quite.

Not quite. Some people do get off that list, but it's unlikely. At this point it's looking like you have a better chance than I do. No emails, no calls, all I have to look forward to is a thin envelop in the mail.

I'm holding a small amount hope that they do the phone calls completely at random. In the past it's taken literally weeks sometimes for a phone call after the status change. I've also heard from a source in admissions that they're way behind and it's complete chaos there.
