Congrats!! wow..5:12pm after work day..must have a been freaking crazy wait..I was in the same situation that you were in, 6 int and no offers..I thought I was going to go insane..finally I got a&m at 4:37..feels awesome..I can ramble on forever..but congrats!! I think the horrible wait made it a billion times sweeter..

Accepted yesterday at 3:52 PM but was too happy and busy to even post on sdn since I had to call my entire family and give them the good news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Wow it feels great to know that I have accomplished something in life. What a relief😀😀😀😀😍😍😍

It looks like a lot of us who got into A&M had 5+ interviews without a prematch offer until this one. THANK YOU A&M! haha

Interviewed here today and fell IN LOVE with the school. Coming from Houston I was sure that I wouldn't like it, but it was absolutely AMAZING. A&M is definitely my top choice after today!! We were told the next round of pre-matches would go out dec 16th👍

In order to make a group on facebook, you have to have friends to add to the group at the time of creation...so we need to all become friends on fb first. I started a facebook group. I'm not sure how it works--I think I can either add you (if you add me as a friend first) or you can request to join (probably without us having to be friends on FB)...but I can't tell for sure since I can't see it from the perspective of someone who's not group admin. So y'all let me know if you have any trouble.

Join up if you're accepted already and set on A&M--and I guess even if you're not sure. If you decide you like us, you'll pick us, and if not--just leave the group later.

Hey, I sent a request to join the group today (I found it pretty easily, just copy and pasted and two options appears, 2014 & 2015). Anyway, do you guys know whether you will be choosing the Temple or College Station location? I interviewed at Temple and really didn't like the atmosphere (S&W is awesome though). On the other end, I've never been to College Station so I might head up there in December to check it out.

For those who are students, any information on what choice you made, regarding campuses, and why would be greatly appreciated! I live in Houston so College Station is 2 hours away, whereas Temple is 3. So distance to me isn't that big of an issue. thanks in advance!

I got my snail mail from A&M and it was quite anticlimactic. Did anyone else's packet have something other than the pdf's that were attached to the original email? Also, I didn't see anything about a deposit to hold our seat in the class. Does anyone know anything about this?

Second looks are every Thursday that they hold interviews, from what I understand. There will also be a second look opportunity in early January offered to anyone who received a prematch offer.

Nope, you definately still have a chance, I am a reapplicant to Texas A&M and I remember last year, alot of people that were not pre-matched in the first batch, were pre matched in december, don't give up hope 🙂 there is also match and the wait list as well, I know they don't match alot of people, but they still do and the waitlist goes until June 15th or something like that. It's still pretty early, hope this helps.

just got an invite today for dec 9th! woohoooo. the dean responded to my letter of interest

I also got an invite for Dec 9th!!! Mr. Maldonado also responded to my letter of interest telling me I will hear good news. He's aa very sweet and compassionate man.

However, I moved my interview to their last interview date of Dec. 16. I have 2 exams back to back that week. Will moving my interview date back affect my chance for a pre-match?
