My boyfriend just got the call too! (He can't get on sdn at work so I'm posting on his behalf)
While he is super excited... does anyone know if he can remain on the wl at his top state school (VA tech)? It's his undergrad institution so he's still hoping to get in there. He got a call from there a week ago saying he was on the top of their list, but they currently had no spots.
Does anyone know the protocol?

OOS and wait listed.
I got a pretty funny letter today saying that I've been removed from the wait list. It says for two reasons: at this point they don't expect very much wait list movement and secondly because I've been accepted to other medical schools. They offered me the opportunity to get placed back on the wait list in the same position as I previously was if I so desire.
Yeah, I think I'm good. I'll stay off it. 😛 Congratulations to all who got accepted, and good luck to all others!
