What's your biggest fear at this point? Mine would be not getting a call but finding out that others did get the call.

omg, ditto. i think both of my interviews here went very well, so i'd start getting paranoid about all the other schools i think i've done well at.
 
Who knows. I hope they do.

Ironically, the movie Accepted is on tv right now. If we don't get into medical school, let's just start our own! What shall we call it?
 
It would be bad if none of us got a call and they had already came out 🙁
 
Super tease! They definitely said the 16th... Even the extra 24 hours is torture 😏

EDIT: for those who have done their DODMERB eye exams, do you have to bring anything other than your paperwork with you?

I interviewed on 9/22.

Also, for the eye exam, you don't have to bring anything with you. You only have to bring the medical paperwork to your physical.

my connection was terrible so i asked, and i got Navy my first choice! i interviewed in sept. sorry terrible grammar im in shock!!!

I sadly left my interview sheet at my house. Can we get conditional acceptances if we are having problems with our physical? (I need to send in further records.)

Yes! The acceptance process is separate of the DoDMERB and Security processes.

Step 1: You get a conditional acceptance (hopefully...God help us all).

Step 2: Hopefully you are cleared by security and DoDMERB.

Step 3: USUHS contacts you with an UNconditional acceptance.

Got woken up by a call early this morning for a conditional acceptance but I was so groggy that it almost didn't register. Anyone know how long clearance usually takes? I have already done the physical and eye exam.

Hey all! Congratulations to those of you who received acceptances.

Does anyone know if any 09/30 interview date acceptances went out today?
 
No one has heard anything since this morning..? Do they call again tomorrow? This is a terrible process!
 
Last year acceptances started on a Saturday... they did send some out on Monday it looks like so hopefully we can still hear something before the Nov. 1st date! :xf:

On another note, I wonder if there is any order to who they call throughout the day... my last name is at the back end of the alphabet, so (if I AM accepted) maybe they just didnt have time to get to me. Let me know if you have evidence to the contrary!

HANG IN THERE BOYS AND GIRLS! I know people heard from both 9/15 and 9/22 today. That's not to say that they are done...Keep the Faith! I know it's hard!
 
I'll def hang in there. Though...I wonder... did any air force people get an acceptance yet?
