During the Friday session, I believe Mr. Norred (VP of Student Affairs) gave figures of around 35-40% for the previous year's incoming class.
Good luck!
I got that from the admission director as 1 acceptance for every 1.7 interviewee. I asked during my interview.
Sent via my crappy phone.
When they say the emails are sent on, "November 15th at midnight", are we talking late night November 14th, or are we talking early morning November 16th?
Does anyone have any idea what's the latest date an individual can interview for this school and still possibly receive a prematch offer on the 15th?
I would say don't put too much hope on getting good news right on nov 15. For me, that is just when the waiting will start getting worse.

Thanks, I have a feeling that this answer will become very consoling when the 15th rolls around and I haven't heard back yet. Though for the time being, it's not what I want to hear![]()
Technically, November 14th.Does anyone have any idea what's the latest date an individual can interview for this school and still possibly receive a prematch offer on the 15th?
Hey, has anyone been able to stay overnight with a med student for the Southwestern interview?
I had an interview on the 3rd of Nov. To my knowledge there was no Thursday night social.
On a somewhat related note, I noticed at lunch on both Friday and Saturday seemingly random medical students tended to show up at our tables and chat with the applicants about pretty much anything. Not sure if this was something UTSW encouraged them to do or what. Also Friday evening dinner is sort of the formal "social" with the students. I met a super nice 4th year who sat with me for an hour after dinner and mock interviewed me; it was a ton of help. All of the students I met there were very friendly & willing to answer any questions, so definitely don't be shy.
T-minus 34 hours....and counting...when I should be studying...

+1. Today has been the longest day at the office. I'm sure tomorrow will seem even longer.
I went ahead and took the initiative:Pre-Match Countdown
Killed a good 5 minutes. Only 1,542 left...

Mine also says this. I'm just gonna hope it means I'm getting good news tonight
And I am instate as well
I am going to wait until I receive an official notification here before jumping to any conclusion. It bodes well though
And yes I am IS.
To those who have the accepted status, when did you interview? Anyone at the November 3rd interview have the accepted status?
I interviewed on the very first week-end. I think first week of september or something like that.
Any other way of processing the applications would be disorganized. It seems the only way to me. So good luck to you all, and remember, the majority of matriculant likely doesn't hear back on Nov 15th. It is just the beginning.Hopefully that means they are moving sequentially through the days and then mass emailing tonight.
I'm confused, your MDApps says you withdrew...
