when did you interview?

for those who have been interviewed and accepted...what kinds of things did they ask in the interview? any recommendations on what to focus on?
also, if this is my top choice, how do i tell them that without being straight up LOVE ME

I had two interviews: one student and one faculty. The student interview was honestly just her asking me to list my extracurriculars and expand a bit upon what I learned from each. The faculty interviewer asked me about my research, about what skills I think are necessary for becoming a good physician and how I embody those traits, and why I would be a good fit for GW. Both were very casual and laid back.

No. They knew absolutely nothing about me or my app other than my name and maybe my undergrad institution.

Though, based on the all-time high number of applications they received this year (i.e. higher than last year's), it could potentially take another week or two to hear back, I'm guessing.

I don't recall and I don't seem to have a complete email, but it would probably be around 8/29 since that's when my LoRs finally arrived at schools (everything else was in in early July!)
Hopefully good news for you next week! Looks like a really exciting, excellent program. (Who knows... maybe my hold will magically transform into an II someday...)
