For the secondary question #3 are you guys putting the month/year or time frame you did each activity? Or just describing it?

Anyone else noticing a lengthy delay in them marking your letters as received? I submitted the secondary about a week ago, but my letters still aren't marked, so the app is incomplete. Just wondering if this was a typical delay time for them or if I should email them to see what's going on?

Same here.. some schools are slower doing this I guess.

I think most people have APPROVED/RECEIVED for their materials. They've just been waiting for the status to change from INCOMPLETE to COMPLETE. Correct me if I'm wrong anyone.

3 of my 4 letters have dates in the Imported from AMCAS column. None have dates in the Accepted by CCOM column for me.

That's so odd. Mine have been submitted to AMCAS since mid June.

They pre-screen. I was verified 6/11, received notification of the screen on 7/2, and did not get the secondary until 7/16.

UPDATE The 3 letters that were previously Imported from AMCAS now have dates next to them in the Accepted by CCOM column. My overall secondary is still marked INCOMPLETE and my 4th letter is still stagnant.

No. The problem resolved itself. All of my letters have been Accepted by CCOM. I'm still waiting for my overall status to change from INCOMPLETE.

I spoke with admissions this morning. I had 3 letters marked as accepted (since the 30th) and the 4th letter was not thus my file was still incomplete. The lady i spoke with was very friendly and she informed me that she just hadn't finished going through all the letters. She also said she hoped to start marking files complete by the end of the week.

Yes, it is normal. My letters were in for about a week before they accepted them and sent the complete email.

My supplemental was complete on 7/20. I had a letter imported on the 7/31 and it was accepted by 8/4. Maybe email or call?
