I hope to hear back today as well. That being said, my portal has not changed either. Interviewed late September.
@Sergey M , stated that they should be having an admission meeting today. Checking previous years' threads, it seems they tend to have a little delay. For instance, late September interviews tend to find out early November. Though I check on it once a day, I don't really expect to see any changes to my portal.
That's a bummer. Someone that interviewed on the same day as me already heard back though (last week), so maybe there's a chance for us today.
I was told at my interview that the admissions lady wants to say it takes 2-3 weeks post-interview for a decision but she felt safer saying 3-4 weeks

My portal hasn't changed either, and I interviewed mid Sept.
I guess no decisions will be coming this week 🙁. My portal still has the interview info
I was accepted the same day and I live pretty close to Syracuse, nothing in the mail so far however I haven't gotten today's mail yet.

Congratulations! I got an II today too! But the earliest available interview date I saw was in late February... Could you please let me know if you had better luck scheduling at an earlier date? Because I'm afraid that I missed an earlier opportunity or my computer malfunctioned or something and showed only February dates. Thank you and congrats again!!!!
Unfortunately I too only saw February 🙁 kind of a buzzkill, I can't believe they filled it all the way up to that month already, we're just in October. Hopefully, it doesn't kill ur chances. Anyways Congrats to you too as well!!

I let my boredom get the best of me - it doesn't appear to have any correlation. Though, they tend to be later in the week, and at times, several days after the obligatory "clearing".

Thanks, buddy! I'm sure that if you and I do well on our interviews, they'll seriously consider accepting us. I mean, they can't be that cruel to just invite people for an inevitable wait list 🙂
Anyone who was accepted get their "acceptance packet" yet? I got the email I was accepted but did not get the "packet" they mentioned that was coming or directions on any deposit or how to accept the acceptance?
Check your portal. I was able to submit my deposit there. I don't have my acceptance packet yet, though.

It's a rejection. The admissions director said they rarely ever even pull from the waitlist of interviewed candidates.

Sorry guys looks like I'm out of the running here since there's barely, if any, hold movement from this school. Funny because I got the hold email on 10/27 of the previous cycle as well

Has there been any movement on the interview date waitlist? I have an interview date in December, but they said that they would let people know if earlier spots opened up.
I called to ask about the interview waitlist, and they told me it's moving very slowly. I don't expect to be pulled off of it to be honest, but previous year's upstate threads suggested they accept people outright even in Jan and Feb, so I guess we have that going for us.

Do you guys think that posting an applicant update on the portal today would push back the date of my Application getting its final review? I interviewed on 9/28 and am really anxious for getting a reply back and do not want to push back the day that I hear back from them. My portal still shows the "interview" information as of right now.
If your update would increase your chances for acceptance then in my opinion even if the app were delayed in being reviewed I would submit the update... I guess it depends which you value more, a speedy response time or getting in
I would think it's a good idea. I agree with the above reply. Even if it gets delayed (perhaps, one week?), you'd be giving it your all, so to speak.
Though, I do not think it would push back the decision. If the theory is true (clearing of portal = your application is under review), then your application hasn't been reviewed. Thus, at their big admission meetings, they will presumably review your update as well.
