Oh, it's nothing fancy haha. I was just thinking that because of the match, there are a lot of "acceptances" that don't actually get recorded as one. For example: You rank school A number 1 and school B number 2. School A has you on their match list, so you match. But, school B also had you on their match list, but you never hear of an acceptance from there because you already matched to a higher ranked school. So if a school only accepts 50% of applicants, your individual chances of acceptance might actually be higher than that, because the number of acceptances reported is less than actually would be given out if not for the match system. This is just my anxious brain being overactive before prematch though, so I have nothing to actually back this up.
Basically the next 2 Tuesdays will change our lives. That's kind of scary to think about haha
