Thanks. Completed: 7/20. From NorCal, so I didn't expect much. Best of luck for those who are still waiting.Sorry to hear that :l Hopefully you hear some better news from other schools <3

If you look a couple of posts up someone asked the same question. It seems like they schedule ~ 1 month out. I would take a guess that they’re sending II’s for January rn.Complete mid-July and still nothing...Anyone know how far out they are for scheduling? As someone from the IE I was really banking on this school being my best shot...

Yeah, I think they're scheduling January. I received my II in November for a December date. We were the last date of 2018, and they interview until March.
Just out of curiosity, about how many days are open for interviews in each month?
Is this Pre-II? This is the first time I have heard of "Hold +" instead of a hold.Anyone know what a “Hold+” means? I contacted admissions on my app status and they let me know that my app has been screened but is “Hold+” at the moment.

Congrats! Do you know how many acceptances they're offering?Just got an acceptance email! I interviewed early December, and honestly surprised I heard back so quickly.

Just got one a few minutes ago, i responded this morning to the email.Hey guys! Did you get a confirmation email back after sending that you will be attending UCR SOM post acceptance?
Damn, I interviewed In November so I guess I’m on their “silent” wait list. I’m bummed out, I really wanted this.

Around 40% and prob April 30 like last year.Does anyone know what the post-interview acceptance rate is? And when we can expect to see movement from the waitlist?
Historically, they have accepted about half of the applicants who interview (which is what happened in my year)! However, rumor has it (again, heavy emphasis on it being a rumor) that last year they over-accepted. So may be they are more cautious in sending out acceptances this year. So my guess would be that post-interview acceptance rate should be around anywhere between 40-50%.Does anyone know what the post-interview acceptance rate is? Honestly, stay positive! 🙂 (I know it's easier said than done!). If it makes you feel any better, in my class, there is a person who interviewed in October and didn't get the acceptance until March.Damn, I interviewed In November so I guess I’m on their “silent” wait list. I interviewed in late Sept but unfortunately haven't heard back. I loved the school so much. Is UCR open to sending letters of interest and/or updates?Kind of late, but current UCR med student here (got some time on my hand since we are on break)! Feel free to reach out with questions. 🙂
Personally, I think it won't hurt. The worst that could happen is ad-com putting them on "shelf" without opening them if their policy is to not consider any update letters. I do remember that one of the deans (who is also one of the chairs on ad-com) told us after our interview to NOT send in such letters since they don't look at it. However, that was a while ago and if you weren't explicitly told that after your interview, I see no reason why you shouldn't do it.I interviewed in late Sept but unfortunately haven't heard back. Last year they sent II until March.Does anyone know how far into the process Riverside sends out invitation invites?
Anyone know when historically the second look has been?
Good question. I’m thinking in May after the deadline ? But I’m just guessing.

Hm, interesting. I would imagine the opposite, sometime in march/ april so that we have a second chance to visit campuses before committing to one school.

They give you a clipboard with a sheet of paper to jot notes down in the 2 mins prior to you going into the roomI'm under the impression that they conduct MMI style interviews. Anybody care to share if they let you take notes while reading the question or prompt?
UCR began their winter quarter by looking at my file and saying "not even close!"
