No one can know that. You just have to be patient. You may be in a pile for a reviewer that is a little slower.

I doubt that. It's hard to say exactly what that may mean, but I'm sure they have only sent out a fraction of their IIs at this point. It also looks like they're working out of order, so gotta stay positive! I was complete 7/15 and am IS with a GPA and MCAT higher than the median and I haven't heard anything back... if that means even a little.

Do you guys think its possible that they would maybe hold off giving an interview to someone if they saw that they are participating in EC/job over the year that they are interested in and want to wait til that person has more experience in it?

Yeah, seems plausible. If that's your situation, maybe send them an update in 2-3 months saying what's changed, they do have an update portal.
