hmmm just double checked and that question is not on my app. It must be an extra question for one of their programs or possibly OOS?

Interesting! I think maybe it was only for OOS. Apparently my answer was good enough but I felt like it was kind of generic.

That's really interesting that they do different questions for OOS! I thought they'd just give you the same questions as IS. I wonder if other schools do this, too.

Honestly, the interviews were relatively low key. Just go into each room and be yourself. The culture on campus (especially among the medical students) was one of positivity and support.

II today! Totally wrote off hearing back after 6, then 8 weeks passed. Complete 7/15, so that's 9 weeks. there's hope people. stay strong!!!

people are just worried because they said they would get back to you within 2-6weeks. but there was another poster that got an interview after waiting 9 weeks

UCSD has preference for Cali kids according to MSAR. I feel like if you're waiting for over 10 weeks and OOS odds may be low...

Hahaha yes!! I'm an international student too and that's exactly what I was thinking! Checking MSAR last year they only interviewed 3 so having 2 already in September, maybe they're more international friendly?? (these mental gymnastics are how I comfort myself)
