I feel like they could start sending out a lot of Rs and maybe even a wave of As next week because of extended PTE/CTE deadlines. I wonder if the people who didn’t hear back are As ? I wish they’d be more transparent lmao this is ROUGH
 
Any idea if this late waitlist (got it last night) is essentially an R? Or have people been accepted even after getting waitlisted so late?

Not really. It's not like college where people hang out in dorm rooms. You'll meet most of your classmates during PBL/POPS and all the other in-person teaching modalities. Most of the time we meet up off-campus. Pre-COVID, we'd head out to bars, clubs, or classmates' apartments for a good time. We also spent a lot of time studying together in the carrels.

have no clue but I think we'll find out in the upcoming weeks. I have a feeling next week is gonna bring some decisions, either As or Rs.

I wouldn't read too much into it, I just think they're pulling from this waitlist because 70% of the interviewees were put on it instead of handing out R's....and thats coming from me a person on the 4/21 AL lol. I think they still have a whole lot more reviewing to do. Trying to stay hopeful but watching people get taken off is hard. Will probs give up on this school end of May.
 
Ok well the other acceptances were from December interviews I believe
And now a few came from Jan
So maybe this means it’s somewhat chronological ?¿

Does the prematric checklist appear for anyone who got AL last night? Mine doesn’t show up yet.

To make you feel better, I interviewed in December with no acceptance off the WL so far.

Yeah the person accepted from March said he wasn't on the AL so I'm assuming they're going in order for AL

not to be negative but does anyone know if DS sends actual rejection letters? or do they keep you on the WL til august and send it then lol

also if its not obvious, i clearly check this thread every 5 minutes 😩😩😩😩😩 u guys are my only source of comfort LMFAO

Last year they DID send post-II rejection letters (those people were never placed on AL, they were straight rejected in april). then for the WL people, you just never hear back until august, they say hey our class is full now
