Have they been sending any other WAMMI region states an interview invite? Like Montana, Idaho and other? Or only out of state and Washington?
 
Has anyone who’s been accepted gotten an email yet? I only got a call on Friday and no other communication so far
 
Fingers crossed haha, submitted the secondary as OOR yesterday...

I'm in Montana and have had all my residency and secondary info turned in late August but still haven't heard anything about an interview in the Montana program. Anyone else in Montana heard anything?

I'm in Idaho, I was complete the first week of September and I also have not heard anything.
 
Is anyone from WA still waiting on residency verification? I submitted in mid-September and still haven't heard back. Never got a confirmation email from the residency office, at this point I'm starting to question if I submitted it at all LOL

Submitted as in submitted your secondary? If so, you might not get residency verification. They don't ask for it from everyone.

I just got my residency verified today after going back and forth with documents since September. But I got email confirmations each time I submitted new materials so I would check.

Ah okay I will follow up with them then, thanks for the info! I emailed the som residency office ([email protected]), but never got a response back, will try the general residency office then.
 
Hi! Interviewed for the Seattle site on 11/02. Does anyone have any idea/speculation of when's the next EXCOM meeting?

Seems like the week of October 18th interviewees heard back within 2 weeks and try to determine if that's a fair estimate on the turnaround

Based on last year's thread, it seems like they at least have EXCOM meetings the Friday after interview week (so the next one would likely be 11/12) and possibly even every two weeks (though I doubt there will be one on 11/26 due to the holiday).
 
When do you think Idaho applicants will get their Interview Invites ?

In the online portal they had a page to upload a headshot!

Edit: Post below me clarified that the upload option only comes up once you’re invited to interview.

Thank you!! I actually can't sign up for anything yet. This is what they said:

"As an out-of-region applicant, you will interview during the weeks of October 4, October 18, November 1, December 6, and January 3 (note that dates may be added or subtracted based on the total number of applicants). We have specific dates each month reserved for out-of-region applicants; you will see these on the calendar when you are invited to select an interview date. All interviews will be held virtually.
You will receive an email approximately 2-3 weeks in advance that will contain information about scheduling your interview and the day’s agenda. Until then, we encourage you to review the information on our website to help you prepare: Admissions Interview | UW Medicine."

Trying to figure out how likely it is for someone to be accepted at the second EXCOM meeting after their interview, but not the first, in order to make myself OK when I don't get a phone call later today.

Hi! I interviewed first week of November. I thought I was going to hear from them today: at least with an A, an R, or a hold. Is it common to not hear anything at this point?

My understanding is that the EXCOM meeting was today. A handful of people will get phone calls with acceptances today. Everyone else will get an email next week (seems like the email has been sent on Tuesday, usually) saying either rejection or "still under consideration".
