They have an email they want you to send it to. It’s listed under their FAQ section if you want to double check me but it should be [email protected]
I sent mine there and they responded with a thank you and such

Random question about those events for interviewees: I've seen that they have events and inform ppl via email. i don't want to sound hasty but how long does it normally take after your ii to get those emails? i don't wanna miss an upcoming one. thanks in advance 🙂

Thanks a lot! I haven’t been checking the portal regularly so I didn’t see a hold. I didn’t get any email notification of a hold either so I don’t think I ever had one. Hope this helps!

I got an ii in mid August and got an email for an event early september that took place October 5th

I was complete on 8/26 and was stuck on complete up until today. My status just moved to a hold today.

It took them an hour to email me. But some folks have said it has taken them days to a week or two

Did everyone get the email for the “GW SMHS MD Program Diversity of Students Panel Discussion”? I’m waiting to hear back after interviewing in September and am thrown off that the email starts with “Welcome to the George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences MD Program.”

I don’t know if this means anything acceptance wise? The portal doesn’t reflect any changes. Incredibly cruel to receive an email that starts with this messaging, while I’m waiting to hear back 😂

I had a student. Closed file so be sure you know your “tell me about yourself.” Other than that it was super laid back and more conversational. They had specific questions lined up (why GWU). But there is a hard 30 minute time limit and it goes quickly.

Thank you so much for your comment! So the only two things I should have an answer prepared for is "tell me about yourself" and "why GW"? I know on the website they say 25 mins, and I bet it goes super quick!

They have a set list of questions they ask. I don't remember any being very difficult to answer. Prepare as you would for any other interview and know your application. For this interview especially know why this school and cura personalis. On my presentation day, they said the interview is more of a check in the box and they already want you. They are seeing if you are personable.

Cura personalis is Georgetown, not GW!
