What interview dates are we expecting to get their decision this week? It appears 9/7 was the last interview date that recieved acceptances last month. So guessing 10/5 and before?
I think 10/5 and 10/12 since last ones were 8/31 and 9/7 and ofc any 8/31 and 9/7 that havent heard back

Does anyone know how we're supposed to fill out the Dean of Student evaluation form? Can we email it to our undergrad dean of students, have them fill it out, and have them email it back to the med school? Or does the dean of students need to mail it to IU School of Medicine since there's an address at the bottom of the form?

I sent it to my undergrad's student affairs office and they were able to fill it out and send it directly to IU

Is anyone familiar with the Prerequisites Missing section underneath the checklist in the application portal? Mine lists all 6 subjects and everything is zero except for Biochemistry lecture being 0.3 and I am not exactly sure what that means.

My Prerequisites Met line item still has a red X so I assume it means I am short credits from the quarter system, but am curious if anyone knows more before I email.

I heard back in last month's cycle and they sent it to my OOS mailing address. IS residency with an adjacent state OOS undergrad. Received my packet in the mail on Th 10/20. Hope this helps!

Was this by chance what you listed as current address in the IU Graduate CAS portal or what you listed as preferred address under AMCAS?

Surprising no update so far, I was expecting someone will hear back as they mail acceptances on the 15th. Nothing in the mail/email/portal for me.
nothing for me either and i checked informed delivery, no “mail pieces we do not have an image for” message either. I’m also OOS (VA)

Same, nothing here either. I live in NY so I didn't expect mail anytime soon, but it's definitely odd that no one has heard anything.

Informed delivery they don't always provide that message, sometimes we get that for magazines etc as well. I am IS.

It's usually several days after the 15th before people start receiving letters, and even then, the first day people receive them it's usually just those living close to Indy. Deep breath everyone 🙂

Hope so 🙂 Last month (15th being a Saturday) I guess it is ok to assume they sent it on the 17th, some IS received it on 19th and OOS folks little later. Was hoping at least a few who live near the Indianapolis area might have received it today. Seems they did not or are not on SDN lol.

Is it possible for early September interview dates to receive a decision this month still, or just the October/Nov dates?

That's good to hear. And there's no one with a letter in Informed delivery yet?
nothing, but i’m also OOS so if I am getting any letter I don’t expect it to be soon… i’ll probably see a portal update before a letter. or maybe no news at all haha

For those that see that message in informed delivery, are you IS? If so, looks like maybe us from OOS can expect tomorrow or next week?

Last month, I got the email asking me to rank campuses on Oct. 21st, and that's how I found out I was accepted – I didn't get the packet in the mail until several days after the email, even though I live very close to Indy. Also, there was no indication on informed delivery that I had gotten the packet. I know the wait is torturous, but stay strong yall! <3

+1, I also got the email on the 21st before the letter, which came exactly two weeks later (even though I was IS and close to indy). The letter was postmarked for the 14th, so it may just take awhile for a physical letter to arrive!

A received just now!! Interviewed 10/5. IS LM 72. Received it at my preferred address per AMCAS.

Best of luck to everyone! If I can make it, you can too!
did you get that random email everyone seemed to have gotten on 11/1 about application still being under consideration?
