Totally. (based on past years threads, usually interviewers call, but sometimes other faculty/adcoms call. seems random.)
Also, last year calls went out past 4:30PM EST. Some people that were accepted didn't even get a call. Portals updated around 5PM EST. Too early to panic or make assumptions. Hang in there everyone!!
Pretty sure they only do A’s or waitlists 🙁
Also, I was looking at last years page and it looks like A’s keep trickling in throughout the day so I’m not giving up hope yet!

My call was not from my interviewer it was staff on admissions

It seems like there's no real order to how decisions are going out currently, with a mix of interviewers and admissions staff calling so far

MSTP A via email!!! International so maybe that's why they didn't call me
As much as we try to reason this process, we should know by now that med school admissions are anything but predictable 🙂

Got the A call around 11! It was no caller ID so I didn’t answer at first but they called back and I picked up. It was my faculty interviewer
