Seeing so many Rs is making me a little nervous…it never really makes sense why they pick some people and not others. Best of luck to everyone in finding their perfect fit!

I suspect they are really into mission fit more than others. BMC catering to a heavily underserved community might have something to do with it. I’d wager people who have gotten interviews had significantly high service exposure to underserved communities, particularly in medicine.

My advice is don't count on anything! I made a post like this in another thread and then received bad news about 30 minutes later, so I must have jinxed myself lol. Just take no news as good news and assume you're rejected until/unless you get an interview. It's still pretty early in the cycle so we all have a chance!
