They told me that there may be some movement as the Commit to Enroll deadline approaches (July 12th), but an offer still can be sent out anytime between CTE and first day of classes. They were uncertain what movement would look like.

They recently sent out an email telling us our class size is 236. To me, that sounds like things are mostly finalized, especially since 236 is a big jump from last years class size (200)

I think they sent the email to everyone. It was sent to my personal email from “Early Clinical Learning.”

I know this thread is one year old, but I am hoping someone could provide some insight. Has anyone chosen to withdraw from PURCH after their interview and still been accepted? If so, mind sharing your stats? OR has anyone applied to PURCH and was denied from PURCH but accepted into Regular MD? If so, was your PURCH rejection prior to or post-interview?

Im on the fence as I was invited for an interview but I am being told that after the interview you need to decide whether you want PURCH or not and if you elect to stay under PURCH track then you will NOT be considered for regular MD only - even though on the PURCH website it still says you can be accepted into regular MD? Does anyone with experience or insight on this at all?

I applied PURCH ans was denied this pathway. I believe my email said that I would still be considered for regular MD. I was then interviewed for MD and am now here if that helps!!! Did not interview for PURCH. Some people do stop PURCH once here though.
