another forum I follow bc I'm WL there too said they prob won't move anyone until May bc that's when the "commit to enroll" option opens. I'm really hoping that isn't the case but :/

They’ve been pulling people off the WL since January. Admittedly there’s been less WL movement recently, but I think it’s possible it could happen this month. I gotta hope or I’ll go insane (& I already am going insane)

idk but I survive on my own delusion so Thursday hopes it is!!!

I feel like I’ve seen most decisions on Thursday on here & I also got my ii + WL on Thursday so every Thursday at like 2 ish I’m checking obsessively.

But I’ve seen posts of people finding out on other days of the week also so who knows.

I called admissions this morning and they said while they're not on the committee what they can tell me is it can happen literally any time between now and the first week of classes. When I said some schools are waiting until May they said they aren't doing that and it could be "at any time" so just wait and rot it is I guess

I noticed that there will be admitted student tours on April 26th and May 6th. I wonder if this means some WL movement will happen before May 6th so that newly admitted students can attend.

Maybe who knows, I'm sure there will be some first week of May. They've been having waitlist movement already too.

For the need based it's based off your Pell LUE if you go to fafsa you can see the lifetime usage percent. If you're near 600% you get the full 18k

I think you don't have to if you only have 1 acceptance, but you do if you have more than one acceptance.

I haven’t heard anything yet, but I know some schools have the admissions committee meet on 05/01 regarding the WL & no movement happens on that day

I got off the WL at my IS school yesterday (my first acceptance so I’m incredibly happy), but it seems like that school hasn’t had much activity either compared to previous years.
