dang I was really hoping for an update today been complete since August but still nothing I’m going crazy

Does anyone know how long it takes for them to get back to us with the interview date? I need 2 weeks notice for work. I'm planning on sending the admissions office an email unless they're known to give more than 2 weeks notice.

They said it can take several days to get back with you but I’m still waiting to hear back from signing up. I’m hoping to get the earliest date.

In my case they gave me my date the next business day after I entered my preferences.

They got back with me today about my date.
 
IS acceptance Thursday! Submitted secondary in early August and interviewed in January!

Hi everyone, I just wanted to see if y'all found the SDN interview feedback to be good prep for your interview? I just noticed the most recent is from 2020 so wasn't sure if it was accurate. (this interview feels like my last shot to get in this cycle so I'm v nervous haha)

Without disclosing any details, and acknowledging that your mileage may vary, I would just say that you should just be prepared to answer the standard questions you would expect anywhere. I would not worry about answering any of the oddball questions I saw in the feedback. I also felt that the interviewers gave me ample time to ask questions of my own, so I would be sure to have some in mind.

im literally dying to hear something from them this week, i know they're probably waiting for some duke/unc movement but jeeeeeezzzzzz. can anyone share how many people are in the accepted group me, just trying to prepare for all possible outcomes :blackeye:
 
Did anyone else receive the "need more time to reach a final decision" email last Friday? I'm curious if this was just me or everyone else is getting it too. IS submitted 10/01 interviewed 1/21

I interviewed 1/28 and did not get that e-mail. Did it give you a time frame or any other info?

I interviewed 1/7 and have recieved no update whatsoever. I was wondering if yall had any advice about whether its a good idea to reach out to admissions to see if there's any reason I was skipped over or to make sure I didn't miss a communication from them

2 traditional with faculty for mine. they were somewhat conversational, but a little more QA than others I had done at that point. They both seemed to have either specific questions mixed in or specific topics they were supposed to ask about, which I think always naturally makes it less conversational. Definitely a lot of stuff designed to gauge mission fit

im an IS and got that email as well. Seems like we're (hopefully)waiting for the next round of interview applications

Update - Got the A call around 2:30 today. Interview 1/28.

Another interview I had said they were gonna wait until they saw some of the data from the "choose your medical school" feature, which dropped last Wednesday (02/19). I think that was why there was a bit of a delay. Unsure though.

Welp…I decided to suck up whatever obscene roaming charges this would involve, and I did indeed have a VM from someone from admissions…..so 🤞
