Got an email with an interview date given to me.
what was the date if you don't mind me asking? waiting on the email with a date as well and trying to gauge if I need to get last minute PTO for it if it's this month

Originally August 27th, but had to reschedule to the 29th due to a conflict with my work schedule lol.

My status changed to interview invitation on Tuesday, but I haven't received the scheduling email yet. Would it be inappropriate for me to reach out to admissions to ask when I should expect to receive it? I have a few interviews scheduled and I'm worried about asking for more time off at the last minute.

No change. Still on application complete. Submitted 7/29

Got this message on the portal, does mean that they don't want to give an II just yet, but also saw me and didn't say no right at first?

"To date, no final decision has been made and the Admissions Committee has placed your application on hold for re-review at a later date. Files are re-reviewed by the committee periodically and there is no set schedule for decisions."

it's basically a pre-II hold. most schools use them but few schools actually tell you that you are on them. And yes they saw your app, liked it enough not to reject you, but want to see what other apps come in before making a II decision--which could come anytime between now and march of next year lol. Welcome to the long road ahead

If you don’t mind me asking, when were you complete? It’s not a rejection, you still got time, but it looks like they reviewed your app!

Are they going in order of date of submission?
Roughly, but many folks who are "passed" the date are getting IIs a week or so later. Doesn't seem to be a death sentence if someone from 7/28 received an II and you were complete on 7/27.

When they will send rejection?

I've been marked complete since 7/22. Dunno what this could mean for me

I have the same message and I submitted my secondary on 7/16 with all the materials required.

Well at least if you're on hold you know they have seen your application. Still being on complete makes you think they haven't even looked at yours yet.
I’m more thinking I’m gonna get an R when they send the wave lol

I’m pretty sure still being on complete just means they haven’t looked at your app. Last cycle other people who submitted after me had their apps reviewed before mine and I still ended up on hold. Wouldn’t get my hopes up too much if they’re reviewing apps after yours, just means that they most likely haven’t gotten to your app yet

complete = ii? hold = rejection?
Hold doesn’t mean rejection necessarily. Previous years (and this cycle) the first wave of iis went to people with complete status. About even complete/hold status received further iis in previous cycles. Complete so far this cycle has meant app hasn’t been read or possible ii

Probably, if someone with the same date as you got II, it means you are on hold. Rejection is coming in September.

Anyone know if a hold turns into an R, do you get an email? Just asking because I know we had to log into the portal to know if we got a hold or not.
