I think there is a scale for passing like pass, high pass, and honors, I’m not 100% sure though

It was essentially a discussion on how I'm feeling/doing and a quick little Q&A. He was super super nice and essentially told me not to give up hope on the WL.

Also, reminded me that there is a WL information session on 6/02 if I haven't been accepted prior to that!

What the heck is the bootcamp?

Honestly, the fact that they have been incredibly supportive is a huge draw for me. I had probably one of the top interview experiences here, and I think they really support their students. It's one of the more rigorous programs for sure but if students get the same level of support during school that I have gotten during this process, I'm personally not worried.

I want everyone to keep a couple of things in mind. IT IS NOT OVER UNTIL IT'S OVER! Being on a WL does not mean that you are not qualified, an excellent applicant, or that you won't be an incredible physician. Keep your freaking heads up!

The bootcamp costs $1000 and it’s optional for anatomy and biochem and feel the rigor of med school in Arkansas but it’s online

Honors is 90+, high pass 86-89, pass is 70-85. Internal rank on mspe from what I know.

They do give feedback on your application so you can definitely ask!

Your application is probably still under review. UNECOM does send, and has sent, rejections. At this point in the cycle, they have their WL to pull from but should their pool of WL’d applicants fall short of their seat number, they can still contact some of their remaining “under review” applicants for an II. It doesn’t happen often from what I’ve heard but most recently it happened last year; they offered IIs in the 3rd week of May. There will probably be another rejection purge coming at the beginning of June.

There only meeting once a week now and doing acceptances once weekly! If you have questions you can ask the student when they call you!
