The wording on the FAQ's in the portal is not entirely clear. It says you may receive an offer of acceptance at any point throughout the cycle, yet it also says you have to wait until mid-April to be informed of your place on the rank list. So I assume you could hear before then if placed on the waitlist, however I believe that to be unlikely.
Haha, the FAQ confused me also, so I asked on here. There's been a record number of applicants to most schools, so I'm assuming there's going to be a lot of waitlist movement this year. Apparently similar number of overall applicants, but each applied to way more schools.

Did you apply to DO schools as well? If not there's still time to submit a DO application if you don't want to retake the MCAT. Also don't let the high stat OOS rejection/waitlists scare you, they're only part of the whole application. After the incredibly complex post-interview scoring process, no one knows where an applicant will end up. You got an interview because they liked something about your application, so there's lot of hope!
LizzyM score is 65. Yes I should have been more specific, it's my only MD II and its my top top choice even compared to my in state MD & DO schools. I think thats what im so worried about, their post-interview scoring. Knowing that my interview could have been good but then my mcat coming in the way.
MSAR lists Wisconsin’s OOS MCAT range with the 10th percentile at 501. With a 65 LM, you are almost certainly at or above that mark. They also admit a noticeable number of students with a 501 or below, so your score is not holding you back. And even if you're placed on the waitlist, state schools like Wisconsin tend to pull a lot of people from it. There have even been past years where they pulled everyone from the OOS waitlist (if I'm not wrong). The waiting is tough, but based on their data, you are in a genuinely competitive spot. Hoping things go your way and you get the acceptance.
I 100% understand how you feel, the process is so scary and a mental nightmare. Wisconsin is my only MD-II, I have everything riding on this program that I love. The only comfort I can offer is don’t feel like you’re alone, and that no matter what happens you’re not the only person who has gone through either path you may have to take. If it doesn’t work out, take a deep breath and know Life. Goes. On. I shadowed an amazing surgeon who tried four times to get into medical school (and not ivy leagues either). I have to take my own advice here too because all the thoughts you’re having, I am as well. The days are long but the years are short, so even if we have to redo this process again, it will come around quicker than we know. Not sure if it’s the best advice but I am bracing myself for the worst in the case that if it comes true it’s not a complete curveball. But I do have so much hope in my heart. You should too. I would be very surprised if we don’t see a lot of decisions this week. If I don’t hear back this week it will be outside of the 6-8 week time frame they gave us. Not that they can’t deviate from that, but I imagine the decisions have been made, just waiting on notification

That is correct. I interviewed 10/3 and have not heard back, so the end of this week is my 8th week. I imagine we’ll find out today and tomorrow due to the holidays.
Can confirm interviewed 9/26 and have not heard back yet. You could cut the tension between me and that secondary portal with a knife
Dang, you’re past the 8 week mark. I know the WARM program runs slightly different schedule than general admissions, but hopefully soon we find out. Looks like this year is running later than past
