I can't follow the numbers, but maybe all they need is to not lose any wolves today and 1 more villager death, in which case they'd be like "sure villagers, cancel day essentially, we live and kill one more villager tonight and win"

Ah I must be thinking of when the "no lynch" doesn't exist and silly villagers try to pull it off with vote abstention, only to get boned by wolves last min. It's something I read about.
 
I mean SAR is saying we can vote that way, because there are rules against it, but neither are there rules for it. It's not made clear how such votes will count and what will happen.

Not trying to talk us into or out of anything or focus too much on mechanics or numbers, but I think this is worth consideration.

Clearly I suspected Mel, but I'm hoping the fact I blocked him but someone died, clears him as wolf, and it wasn't just him having his wolf buddy do the kill.

I wish there was PM'ing in this game, that's usually how I get help in picking ability targets.

For blocking to clear people, you really need only one wolf alive.

So what do we do with this extra time?

Me, AM, Mel, Capri, Paws, Lawper?

How sure are we there's two wolves?

I'm trying to consider how much I should soft clear Mel & Lawper based on the blocks.

This would suggest two out of AM, Capri, and Paws, are wolves. At that point it might make more sense to figure out which is the most village.

I can see how no lynch today and removing a villager from the roster tomorrow, might help.

But correct me if I'm wrong, we'd have to lynch correctly 2 days in a row to win at that point?

It sucks. Blocking just gives better data if a no kill night happens.

So, Lawper is saying he wasn't notified. Because he wasn't submitting an action to be blocked?

Or he doesn't want to let on about a PR? Although you wonder if wolves would have suspected that and NK'd him.

Where? I'm confused. Pretty sure he didn't say he was notified of a block. Or he didn't say so at first but more than one of us humped on him for that and I thought he changed his tune somehow. I can't recall except that I was not really reassured by his response.

Here are the posts, I guess it's open to interpretation, but I assumed the very first post was him saying his results at the time.

You do want to create a villager COT (circle of trust) but

WZ and AM (I believe) taught me it might be more useful to focus on suspects than shouting to the rooftops who is the most villagery and therefore most difficult to get lynched. Those players tend to be NK.

Wolf strategy at this point is to either lie low or fan paranoia or both. Leave the sketch, kill town leaders/CoT. I don't know that we have one.

Mafia wiki, one player says D1 wolves need to think about exactly what they would like the villager make up at lylo to look like.

Mylo is specifically like lylo but with additional discussion though. I can't force anyone to share suspects, but I honestly think it's only helpful to discuss at this point.
 
So many feelz at the moment.

Lawper gave me super gross feels yesterday surrounding the block and other things he said. I don't recall, they will be where I quoted him.

Mel I just don't have a read because I haven't seen too much from him. Makes me nervous.

Blocks don't do much to clear people, it's true. I don't know if I should be willing to set Mel & Lawp aside or not, for simplicity's sake, because others are also sketchy.

Paws & AM - their play reminds me of that one wolf out. Paws and AM, Paws > AM, feel like "voice of the village" which worries me. I haven't seen this style from Paws as a villager, which isn't me saying she hasnt, just that I don't have a clear meta on her.

AM feels a little off. I feel like village AM tends to be a bit more decisive at least in directing questions. Wolf AM can be pretty decisive at FOS (finger of suspicion, pointing it) or in the shadows. I'm torn on her.

Capri - can others who have voiced suspicions clarify? I've gone back and forth on her. I'd have to dig where I felt "a ha!" Like she might be wolf, but then I think I got paranoid of who seemed to have suspicions about her. I don't have a strong feeling on her, which itself could be pretty suspicious.

Not at all against discussing suspects. Just that maybe my breakdown of "these ones are suspicious but this one person over here looks really really village maybe isn't most helpful on a day we're not lynching.
 
Ok, last minute thought, if I were lynching today, it would be Lawper.

That post just feels really off to me.

Either he wasn't notified, or he was and is just lying to make me look bad.

If we go with the former, why did he not directly answer about notification or not? That was the question.

And if he didn't get what we were getting at, at the time, how about later when he was grilled?

Not being direct, and especially when dodging that question, the former makes him look bad, the latter makes me look bad, and a "villager" dancing around something that makes another villager look bad.... screams wolf.

Mel could come on here and lie to make me or Lawper look bad. I'm wondering what he's gonna say, and how.

I'm not just trying to tunnel the people I've blocked, but I've laid it out on the line, and if both of them can't bother to directly answer some simple questions...

Frick. Maybe I shouldn't have said who I blocked. Now Mel can say whatever to make Lawper look bad, or not. Either way he could come out smelling like a rose.

This is why I hate saying a gorram thing about abilities on thread. I'm too stupid for this stuff.

SAR must have spent the whole day sleeping today - thus avoiding the hard decision of studying or procrastinating. At least, that's seems to be the only explanation for all books remaining exactly as they were when the day started. There probably could have been more work put in, but tomorrow is another day after all. Still, something didn't feel quite right to SAR. Was this, perhaps, anxiety about her upcoming tests? Or something more sinister? Indigestion, maybe.

No one has been discarded. Roster is the same. Carry on, night close at 8am etc etc etc

After taking a stand to not do anything, the books felt victorious. SAR was sleeping. No studying, no nothing.

Cray thought she was safe. They all did. But with SAR fumbling to hit the snooze bar, she knocked another textbook under the bed.

Discarded is @Crayola227 , Dyce, Sack, and Wensing's Textbook of Veterinary Anatomy, village blocker.

Better not hit that snooze bar again.

So this means me going to bed early in N1 suggested I got blocked by Cray? Because all I got from that night was I was tired and went to bed early. I wasn’t notified that I got targeted.

It's where most of my feels are right now. I don't believe that he wouldn't know what the "You went to bed early" thing was, or at least that he wouldn't know that it was some kind of notification of a PR being used.

I almost want to pressure vote Mel but I feel like that's a bad move at lylo. On the other hand I'm not sure how much of his absence is due to IRL versus wolfiness so I could vote there too.

Paws and AM both feel village to me (or at least less wolfy). I think Lawpy was the one who thought that they seemed a little too "voice of the village" or whatever but I disagree. Paws isn't in that role as much as I feel like she is when she wolfs and AM…I distinctly remember one game where all the villagers just blindly followed village!AM on a lot of lynches. It's not that unusual for her.
