UMass In-state acceptance rate??

So I was looking at MSAR at UMass Med and here is what I am understanding:

1012 in-state verified applications

493 interviewed

134 matriculated

Say accepted is 134 * 3 = 402.

Thats 402 out of 1012, a 40% acceptance rate for in-state to UMass!!

Am I missing something?

The accepted historically is not that high. Usually in the 200 to 220 range.
