CONGRATS! When did you submit your secondary/when is your interview scheduled??
 
HOLY CRAP. Do you think you are scheduled that far out b/c you are MD/PhD or are they just scheduling in November already?? O.O

I'm pretty sure it's because of the MD/PhD. I also wasn't notified by email if that matters... I just checked my status because I'm bored at work and saw I already had a date scheduled 😱

can anyone with an "interview to be scheduled" status tell us what your thing says when you click on the pre-2013 link? also, has anyone who hasn't gotten the interview status gotten anything else other than "application is complete but not yet processed."? thanks!

Mine says the same thing...that it is complete but not yet processed. But I haven't gotten email about the II yet just that when I log in it says "interview to be scheduled" so who knows what the "not yet processed" means
 
Could anybody help me out please ?I received the secondary yesterday but when I try to fill it out, the application type does not let me leave it blank and there is no option to pick Md application from the drop down menu

I called the office and they said I should leave it blank but it populates with the first course, some economics course.
 
Mine still is on "decision pending" as it has been since I've been complete

I submitted it on July 10 and I assume I was complete on the same day.

My status has been at interview to be scheduled for almost a week and a half, but still no e-mail. I know they can take awhile, but does anyone know exactly how long?
 
Any Delawareans hear anything about interviews yet? I'm wondering if they have us in a different pile or something...

if they're not doing silent rejections, i guess we can assume that they haven't reviewed our applications yet
 
I was at decision pending all last year until i received my interview in April and was accepted after that (just got the white coat today - and damn it feels good). From what i remember no one was rejected until the end of the cycle. Just be patient and express your interest as much as possible if you are indeed interested (gotta be genuine)

I would love to go to this school but haven't sent in a letter of interest yet. When/how often do you suggest I send one?

Wouldn't bother them yet, Dr. Callahan said during orientation that interviews won't even start for a while yet. I would say it depends on how early you submitted and whatnot

Hmm, well I submitted 7/10 and have been at the "decision pending" status since...guess I'll wait a couple more weeks before I send anything..

A friend said that Jefferson schedules your interview for you about a month beforehand, and if you can't make it, then you reschedule. Wouldn't it be simpler to just allow students to schedule their own interviews?

It's still super early to send anything. Your application has only been in for a month. Wait a little bit more.... When I applied, I submitted in July and didn't get invited for interview until end of January.

Submitted 7/24, complete around 7/27 (I think)

And I just received the e-mail with my interview date!! (A little weird they don't let you schedule them yourself though...)
 
I wonder if the adcoms can see how many times I've logged in to their application site- that would be slightly embarrassing. .. though perhaps a good show of interest (or obsession)
 
First interview invite!!...

I've had decision pending, but there was a problem with my letters so my application wasn't officially complete until yesterday, and I got an email last night with an interview date of 9/26.

Also, for some reason my MCAT scores didn't process correctly with Jefferson. When I called about my letters, the girl said my score was a zero!! She said they have a system where they create a number for you, and mine was really low because of the "zero" so I would have probably been screened out.

So maybe check up on your applications. And don't over think the pending statuses. Anything can happen.
 
And no, I never got an email that my application was complete. You have no way of knowing if they have your letters unless you call.
 
Good luck to all of you guys. I just graduated from Jeff in May and I got the residency I wanted in the location I wanted. It is an amazing journey. At the interviews say hi to Dr. B for me (the Rowan violinist...)

You will get an email and the status site will tell you what Wednesday you are due to interview.

I'm actually not home now so I can't check. I think it's recorded on my mdapps though. If I recall it was like the 5th or 6th of July
