Submitted 8/5, no "complete email".... Why do schools do this us 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. Has anyone called?


edit: I checked my status and it says they received my fee waiver august 25. I submitted everything else on the 5th, ughhhh

Where exactly? If you mean on the Application Summary page, then yes, it says complete.

Same boat, I submitted way back in July and no complete email despite being marked so in the portal.

I'm just curious and hoping for some advice, but I have an interview at Jefferson in October and I haven't booked tickets just yet. I was wondering if it's silly to e-mail Drexel about being in the area considering they haven't started giving out interviews just yet. What do you all think? Has anyone already done this?

Congrats to DoctorInVivo ... on a less exciting note, I got a complete email from them about 5 days ago but my status on the portal still indicates nothing received (MCAT, letters etc.) even though it's all been there for ages. (I added Drexel late in the process and essentially had everything into AMCAS and ready for download on 7/24.) Anyone else in this situation?

How was your interview last cycle if you don't mind me asking?

If it is the same as last year, the day starts off with a written essay (MMI-like question). Then there's a tour, which mine was cut off because I was one of a handful of students that day that had to go to Center City for our interview instead of staying at Queens Lane. It wasn't too bad, just had to take the provided DUCOM shuttle there. My interview was with a research professor and I know another interviewee was slotted in between patients with a physician! The questions I were asked were general: Tell me about yourself. Why medicine? And other questions related specifically to my application. @DoctorInVivo Hope the interview goes well for all of us!
