Congrats! Did you improve your stats from your previous application or just reapply?
 
Anyone else have their status go from the is and complete to no decision has been made?
 
Hmm that's really weird. I just checked mine and nothing has changed. Did anyone receive the "is complete and will be reviewed" status without ever being sent a complete email?

This is the strangest this ever. I was offered an II, but did not get an email. I only knew because I decided to check my portal as a lot of people are receiving II offers lately. I did not also get an email for my application complete. I guess I need to contact the admission office about this. Congrats to all those with recent IIs.

A portal II with no other notifications? Sounds like a good problem to have!

I interviewed about 2 weeks ago! I thought the interview was very conversational and was really impressed with the school! It's my only interview so I don't have anything else to compare it to but I loved it!

What time did the day end for you? I have a flight at 4pm was hoping i'd be able to make it back to the airport in time :scared:

where does it say interview? is it where it used to say "is and complete and will be reviewed."

If you have one you will see it once you log in to check your status or to check if a decision has been made.

Just to add: It all ended at 1:30 (the tour is not mandatory, so it could end at 1), I got a Uber to the airport, and it took 10 minutes to get there, and then about 20 minutes to the airport (depends on traffic). I was going through security at 2:10pm.

What was your overall impression of the school? I feel like I don't know anything about Drexel except two different tracks lol.

Very good. The staff was super friendly and students were very nice overall.

The building looks good too, but it's a bit of a maze. We got to walk through the gross anatomy lab as a lab was happening, and the smell was not bad haha. I noticed each cadaver gets 6 students, and people seemed to be working together nicely.

If you have T-mobile/AT&T/Sprint, then be aware that there is no service in the building and the surroundings for these companies, so you might want to consider getting Verizon if you go to Drexel.
 
Yeah, and the interview day was perfectly smooth. They made it clear they'd heard the complaints and had tried hard to address them. That speaks well of the school in general, to me.
 
Oh and I can highly recommend Tea's rooms on Drexel's "places to stay" suggestion. The rooms are comfortable and cute, good bathroom, she cooks a nice breakfast for you (but you also get all the privacy you want because the rooms are on the third floor), and it's just around the corner from the school in a beautiful neighborhood. Also, her dog is freaking adorable.

Ugghhh I didn't think of that issue! I'm from the area but will be flying back from another interview Tuesday night for my Drexel interview Wednesday. Are u from the area or traveling? And are u interviewing early or later in the week?

OH MY GOD, I GOT AN II TODAY!!!! I've been checking my portal daily for the past few weeks!!! I would keep going through the routine of logging on and getting the whole "is and complete" message to the point that i'd just feel totally apathetic when i'd sign in. I had to do a double take and scream when i saw that i actually got an II!!!!!!

I got my complete email during late-august, like around 8/29. my LizzyM is a 69-70 and i'm OOS! 🙂

agh I'm going to go mad checking my portal now knowing people do get interviews from drexel. XD (I've been complete since 7/31 too and nothing on my end)
 
Got a II!! Nice 🙂 I called and gave them an ITA cause I've got a temple interview as well but both the dates around that are filled :/ oh well still super excited about the invite

Did you tell them about your ITA before you got the II? I'm in a similar situation but haven't reached out yet.

Does anybody know what the start date would be at Drexel for those accepted this year to the Class of 2020?
