The interview day is pretty typical, various presentations from different deans, a tour of the campus, lunch with students, etc. As far as the interview goes, your interviewer is one of the three people who scored your application, so they already view you favorably. The interview is an hour long and fairly conversational. Mine started off with my interviewer asking me to elaborate/discuss/clarify various parts of my application (research, community service, healthcare exposure) etc. I couldn't see for sure but I think he had printed my application beforehand and written notes of things he wanted to ask. After that, they have a packet of questions they go through that covers things like why Miami, career goals, moral/ethical healthcare-related MMI-type questions, etc. After all of that I had about 10 minutes left to ask questions and talk about random stuff. It may have just been my specific interviewer, but Miami was definitely one of my more relaxed/laid back interviews.
