CaneLink is the portal we use to check our grades, pay fees, update contact information, etc. We didn't get an email like that last year, I don't think I got CaneLink access until close to when school started.

My best guess is maybe they're working on integrating the application process into CaneLink instead of a stand alone platform like it's been in the past; but I don't have any involvement with admissions.

Not much help, I know; but my point is I wouldn't read too much into it having an implication as to the status of your application. Best of luck to everyone!

I'm inclined to agree with what @BioEngMD is saying -- they're probably trying to streamline the process. Otherwise, why would they send the email to people that have not yet been reviewed? Maybe they're going in alphabetical order (my last name is close to the top). You'll likely hear something, too.

Where do you see your score? Was it emailed?? I'm not score (that I know of), complete in August, and received the email. I don't think they understand how we're all viciously checking our emails all day

I received the mystery email, I'm unscored, and I received it about a half hour AFTER the first people on here received it. So maybe they are going in some sort of order! I feel like that True Detective meme... Before CraneID and After CraneID
