Hey thanks again for this information. I have been searching around for apartments/condos in the area and they all look pretty amazing. When deciding further on where to stay, do you find that there is a benefit to living in one of those main 7? Like is the community that much better with a lot of people in there or is being in brickell in general good enough? Just trying to guage the options. thanks!
EDIT: Also, do many people live in studios/1 BR? I find a lot of them but I kind of figure its more common to have a roommate.
I mean you can really live anywhere, but those are the most common buildings...places where you’ll find the most med students. You can go anywhere you like, just be sure to tour before you sign the lease. Miami can be a shifty city!
I would say maybe 15-20% of us live alone. I live in a 1 br, and although it costs way more it was important to me to not have a roommate. I shared a BEDROOM with a roommate all through college (4 dudes/1 bathroom too!), and vowed never to have another roommate again after graduation.
