ShhhIn addition to Georgetown, What other schools have an "upload a PDF file" kind of secondary? I'm kind of liking this.
Found the gunner who doesn't want others to apply.Shhh
Yes, it is I, the gunner with no iiFound the gunner who doesn't want others to apply.
Being a gunner does not mean having an ii and having top stats. It is an attitude/behavior that even those with lowest of stats can exemplify.Yes, it is I, the gunner with no ii

I am this week! Can let you know how it is!Has anybody interviewed here yet?
Any current or former Georgetown medical students viewing this thread? I'm curious as to what makes Georgetown's MD program unique and worth choosing. I scored high on the MCAT and have a decent GPA, so I think I have at least a fair shot at admissions. But I want to know why I should pick Georgetown over schools like St. Louis and UNC Chapel Hill. Comments from anyone?
Can I PM you too?Current student here. Feel free to PM me with any specific questions.

Does anyone know if georgetown dislikes in the area emails? I'm going to be at George Washington which is super close by so I would love to be able to interview here the same week.
Yep! Mine had everything but MCAT and GPA!Thanks for letting us know! Is it open file?

Lol no, I did do research in a cancer lab. Does that count?22 II’s?Did you cure cancer or something? Omg. At this rate, you will be interviewing med schools and not the other way around.
Adcom: "Pleasure to meet you. So tell us about yourse-"22 II’s?Did you cure cancer or something? Omg. At this rate, you will be interviewing med schools and not the other way around.
That’s good to hear. Did they grill you on healthcare lolJust finished the interview. Nice school, beautiful campus. Very relaxed interview I would say, but I was with an M4 so don't know if that made a difference.
Only asked me what they thought was the biggest issue rn, nothing about ACA etcThat’s good to hear. Did they grill you on healthcare lol
Sweet. Last one: did you check out true SDN interview feedback? Curious if you found reading the past questions on there was helpful or not in preparing 🙂Only asked me what they thought was the biggest issue rn, nothing about ACA etc
I think the sdn interview feedback did help, but obviously the questions asked will be variable bc interviewer changes. But otherwise I think it is still a valuable resource!Sweet. Cheers mate! Hopefully you’ll hear some good news ... but if not you’re 21 other schools will probably love you 😀I think the sdn interview feedback did help, but obviously the questions asked will be variable bc interviewer changes. But otherwise I think it is still a valuable resource!

This might be a dumb question to ask, but do medical schools reject unqualified applicants during when the adcom invites the first batch of qualified applicants for interview??
Congrats!! do you mind sharing what interview options they give you?Got an II from here this morning. So pumped for this one!
