Since last week, I spent my time recovering from the holiday season by expanding my horizons at the soup kitchen, got a new 1st authorship publication, and opened a personal fitness business. I also learned how to reject applicants in batch and use the "Do Not Disturb" feature on my email client.

i called yesterday about sending in new grades and i asked if the class has seats remaining (i applied here very late). they said yes bc they have not sent out any IIs. getting a virtual system running took them awhile and they plan to send out IIs over next 1-2 weeks.

If UToledo ever sends out interviews and if I do get one and get asked 'why us' during the interview, I will cite this thread as the reason. Really enjoyed hanging out with a bunch of goofy and positive connoisseurs of cheese, ice-cream, and baklava!

From my understanding UTMC ( Toledo’s teaching hospital) was essentially bankrupt and their was a battle of whether to sell to Promedica (major medical presence In Toledo), be bailed out by state or close for good. Not sure what they decided

Geez. I was annoyed at Toledo’s lack of communication and the difficulty of reaching them last year in a “normal” cycle. I don’t know what system they’re rolling out but this is such a bad look for them 🤨

oh for a second I thought the reason that they haven't sent out IIs is that their medical school is going bankrupt and having no class of 2025...which I didn't find surprising for a good moment

I've seen The Good Place several times and quote it often. I love Star Wars and am finally getting around to watching The Clone Wars. I start season 4 tomorrow. Damn, this show is so good!

On the opposite side of things I highly recommend: Mindhunter, Hannibal, The X-Files, and Avatar The Last Airbender/Legend of Korra.

Now I am wondering if revealing any of that is going to put me on a "do not admit" list. 😉

Clone Wars Season 7 (I think the last one) will blow you away as will the Mandalorian if you haven't seen it yet. I also love LOTR, Hobbit isn't so great. Then for cartoons, I enjoy Animaniacs and Looney Tunes as well as the show Avatar the Last Airbender which came out when I was young so it's neat that's it's getting a bunch of attention lately.

I'm like a huge Suits nerd, but yea know? My dream is to become a type of doctor upon hearing whose name people go: Doctor Who?. Like who else is a whovian here? Matt smith hand down best doctor though he bought a certain playfulness to his role that just wasn't there before and hasn't been there since. He also was able to convey true character emotions flawlessly. Also finally I am also down to watch some k dramas now and then, the recent one -it's okay not to be okay -takes the cake imo...
